1. What this is

Labs is a software product directory. Third-party providers list their products and contact details here; visitors browse, search, and then reach the provider directly through the link or contact details the provider supplied.

The platform only displays and refers. It takes no part in any transaction. We process no payments, create no orders, take no commission, hold no funds, and do not mediate support. Everything commercial between you and a provider — pricing, delivery, invoicing, refunds, disputes — is strictly between the two of you.

2. Provider obligations

By listing a product you confirm that:

• you hold the rights to everything you submit and infringe no one else's copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• your product description is truthful — no inflated capabilities, invented case studies, or fabricated reviews;
• the contact details you supply are genuine, and you agree to them being shown to visitors who actively request them;
• the product itself complies with the laws of mainland China and of any market you target.

We may remove any listing we consider non-compliant, without prior notice.

3. For visitors

We make no warranty as to the quality, availability, security, or continued operation of any third-party product. Products are built and run independently by their providers. We neither review their source code nor test their functionality. Our manual review filters out obvious spam and prohibited content; it is not an endorsement.

Assess the provider and the product yourself before paying or submitting sensitive data.

4. Content and intellectual property

Providers retain all rights to their product content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, index, and distribute it on the platform (including to search engine crawlers). The platform's own design, code, and editorial structure remain ours.

5. Reporting and takedown

If you believe something here infringes your rights or breaks the rules, contact us using the details in the footer, identifying the content and your reasons. We will act once we have verified the claim.

6. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
